Repeat evals are conducted monthly, allowing us to see the statistical growth + improvement you're making. Using our "Microscopic Principles" Approach, we'll re-evaluate your health and fitness goals, and adjust your routine for total efficiency and maximization!



What Happens in a personal wellness evaluation:

  • Body Scan - assesses 21 different measurements across the body & determines the waist-to-hip ratio and Basal Metabolic Rate

  • Strength Assessment - Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Endurance Test and Planks (Modifications If Required*)
