Prepare for your personal training sessions

Once you're ready to begin your new personal training fitness program, let's make sure you "dress for success". We recommend that whenever participating in a personal training session that you wear:

  • Cool, comfortable and dry athletic wear

  • Athletic shoes (closed-toed)

No need to bring anything else - our studio has ya covered! We keep our training studio freshly stocked with all the mats, towels and water you need.
